Schleuniger Multistrip 9480
This rotary incision unit allows us to easily process high precision coaxial and Multi-layer applications. The Multistrip 9480 is a high performance automatic cut and strip machine that accurately processes single conductor wire, multi-conductor cable, shielded cable, coax cable, flat ribbon cable, glass optical fiber (GOF) Cable, and plastic optical fiber (POF) cable.

Schleuniger PreFeeder 2200
The PreFeeder 2200 is a free-standing, electric prefeeding machine designed to pull wire and cable from reels weighing up to 70 kg (154 lbs.) and provide a constant tension to downstream wire processing machines.
Schleuniger PowerStrip 9500
The fully programmable Schleuniger PowerStrip 9500 cuts and strips wires up to 14 mm (0.55″) in diameter with pull-off lengths up to 200 mm (7.87″) . Its innovative design enables the processing of many types of applications ranging from standard cable to multi-conductor and flat ribbon cable.

Schleuniger CoaxStrip 5400
The Schleuniger CoaxStrip 5400 is a semi-automatic, programmable stripping machine designed to perform both single and multiple stage strips. Production proven mechanics, combined with state-of-the-art electronics, a user-friendly display and included PC software create an easy to use platform which offers maximum efficiency. The machine can easily process coaxial and triaxial cables with a maximum outer diameter of 11 mm (0.44”) at a maximum stripping length of 40 mm (1.58″). Its processing capabilities make the CoaxStrip 5400 a perfect match for a wide range of wires and cables such as single conductor wire and all common coaxial cables on the market, including the larger RG8, RG11 and RG213 types.
Schleuniger UniStrip 2600
Schleuniger’s most versatile stripping machine, the Schleuniger UniStrip 2600 can process many unique applications and wire & cable types, including discrete wire from 0.03 mm² up to 16 mm² (6 – 32 AWG), power cords (even multiple-conductors with different lengths, all in one cycle), multi-conductor cables, flat cables and others. The UniStrip 2600 is fully electric and features strong, quiet drives and fast cycle times.

Schleuniger UniStrip 2300
The UniStrip 2300 programmable stripping machine strips wires ranging in size from 0.03 – 8 mm² (32 – 8 AWG) and jacketed cables up to 5.5 mm (0.22″) in diameter. This innovative machine does not require any mechanical adjustments to process different wire sizes.

Schleuniger JacketStrip 8300
The Schleuniger JacketStrip 8300 axially and radially slits the insulation of out-of-round and multi-conductor cables from 2.5 – 25 mm (0.1″ – 1”) O.D. and up to 500 mm (19.7″) in stripping length without any damage to the inner conductors or shielding.

Eubanks 4600 Tubing and Flat-Cable Cutter
The Eubanks Model 4600 cuts all sorts of flat cable, plastic tubing, wire, tape, and other linear materials to preset lengths.
Schleuniger StripCrimp 750
The Schleuniger StripCrimp 750 is a fully programmable machine for stripping and crimping wires from 0.05 – 4 mm² (11 – 30 AWG) in one operation. The highly flexible and electronically controlled benchtop unit accepts most universal or mini-style applicators for crimping both side-feed and rear-feed open barrel terminals.

Connex Pneumatic-Powered Crimp Tool
The Connex Pneumatic-Powered Crimp Tool makes production termination for coaxial cable easy, efficient and precise. Our compact (less than 20 pounds) unit is hand-actuated. The dual-position feet allow for horizontal or vertical loading for maximum production line efficiency. The manually-activated mode is adaptable to either right- or left-hand operation. The connector / cable loading mechanism is spring loaded to help keep hands away from the work area during the crimp cycle. The die holder is compatible with industry-standard die sets from Connex, Ideal Industries, Paladin and Sargent. The adjustable crimp height allows for termination of coaxial cable, as well as discrete wire terminations, with appropriate dies for custom crimp applications.
JST AP-K2N Crimp Machine
The JST AP-K2N Crimp Machine is a semi-automatic crimping machine (press) that contacts a wire to a chain terminal or splices each time a footswitch is pressed. Compliant with RoHS.
MOLEX ATP-301 Crimp Press
The MOLEX ATP-301 Crimp Press was developed to replace the need to solder terminations. The crimping technology utilized by this fully-automated system provides a high-quality connection between a terminal and a wire.
AMP-O-LECTRIC Model G Terminating Machine
The AMP-O-LECTRIC Model G Terminating Machine is the most advanced design in the long-standing series of AMP-O-LECTRIC machines for terminating wire using reeled terminals and contacts. It features a reliable direct motor drive system. Its modular construction also enables us to provide versions for use either as bench-top units, or in combination with fully-automatic lead-making equipment.

Champomator 2.5 IDC Terminating Machine
The CHAMPOMATOR 2.5 IDC Terminating Machine is a compact, semi-automatic bench machine for terminating multiconductor, jacketed cable with a variety of connectors having insulation displacement contacts. It is microprocessor controlled, and programmed using a membrane-switch keyboard.
