2016 NI Supplier Appreciation

National Instruments recently visited iRex to present them with the 2016 Quality Award and the Tier 1 Supplier Award. To secure these distinctions, iRex earned an exceptional Scorecard Performance across four consecutive quarters in the areas of quality, supply assurance, pricing and customer service/support. The scorecard included comments like, “Good and prompt communication!,” “Great support on shortage activity!,” and “Nice score again, try to stay in Tier 1!” John Sansoucy, iRex’s Senior Account Executive, accepted the awards on behalf of the entire iRex team. iRex received their first Quality Award in 2008 and their first Tier 1 Supplier Award in 2010. The team now has their sights set to increase their scores and win the Best in Class Award.  In addition to the outstanding awards, iRex also received a letter of appreciation from Heidi Frock, Section Manager, PXI Platform Hardware at NI. Heidi stated, “Please extend my utmost appreciation to your team that saved a high-profile project this week. We are extremely impressed with the support that Elisa and Denny gave us on such short notice.” She continued, “We will definitely be singing your praises here in the PXI Platform R&D group for weeks!”
